Hehe.Practicing doing a background..
I kind of like how it turned out.
The light on the clouds actually started out as an accident!
Yay for accidents.
Tips please?

Sorry for slowpoke.. I think that this is pleasant to look out, though the ground shows where the brush tool you were using was skipping with the circles showing instead of being smooth like the other parts. Photoshop can be a real pain to use and it often makes your computer run slow if you adjust the settings to make it not do that. You might want to use the smudge tool to remedy it.
If you really work at doing CG works, you might eventually develop into a speed painter, which would be pretty cool! I wish I could speed paint.. So keep doing stuff like this and keep developing your experiences and skills

But Yeah..I used artweaver. I'm not even sure it has a smudge tool O_O. I should check. Hmm.
And did you say there's a way to make it run faster?

Anytime 
Only way to make any art program like that run faster is to turn off all other programs that are running and add more RAM and a faster processor, unfortunately. Even Painter will run ragged when trying to set it up for high quality brush rendering.
