Yes, look at the cigarette. in one panel it is thrown and the other one is held in her hand. But it's still amazing.

Yeah, it confused me too, one frame she's holding the wrench, in the next its on the ground and she's holding a cigarette instead (?).

It would make sense if you could see the next page. Cap grabs the lady and takes her away. That's a Nazi's hand in the last panel picking up the cigarette she left behind. The bad guys are tracking Cap and the Lady. But thanks very much for the kind words!
