It's a pretty cool preset, although the it looks nothing like the screenshot (at least for my comp).
I do have some suggestions though:

1. Try to make the superscope more active (it currently only renders one pixel per frame, feed it different x y for each point by using i) and responsive (use getosc() or getspec(), or perhaps some beat code).
2. You don't need to put the dynamic distance modifier in it's own effectlist, and it seems that you have written some incorrect code in the beat code.
I've tried doing thoose two things and you can get the result here: [link] If there are some things about the preset or the code you don't quite understand, then please ask.
3. Try to make the rotation more fluid, I really like the fast rotation, but every once in a while, the rotation kind of "jumps", if you know what i mean. I couldn't quite understand the code you used for this, so I couldn't do anything about it, and I think it would probably require a rewrite of the DM.

I know I'm quite picky with this comment, but the preset is actually really good, but there are some (mainly code related) things that I think would really help your presets.
