Description
She was different than the other children. So much that she was shunned and bullied on a daily basis to a point when she became mute. And because he was her brother, he was shunned as well. The adults in the orphanage were no better, preferring to act as though they oblivious to it all.He hated humanity for all its cruelty. He assured her that they would show the world how strong they can really be...

Ive been listening to my old playlist that I made for TB for ideas of what to draw for it. One of my favourites is The Day of Night from Silent Hill 2 which inspires this scene. The Cross children were placed in an orphanage outside the city when she was a baby. Their time there was terrible to say the least. There was only one place where she felt she could hide in which was at a tree on top of a hill.
Im not entirely happy with how I made this but oh well

What a sad image, he looks so angry there although can understand why he might be considering how everyone is treating the only person in the world that he loves. Pose is really good though, especially Lesley. And the background is looking great as well, the skyline looks nice and it gives it a complete feel. Also like the yellow lighting as well, it gives a really soft feel to the image which I think contrast with the fact he looks so angry and she looks so sad.
