We thought that Ryo, after more than a year with (mostly) only Cyberdramon for company, might find returning to the human world a bit overwhelming at times. So he is occasionally in need of quiet time, when he can just sit and think (or not). This is not easy when A) you are a minor celebrity, B) your father is afraid to let you out of his sight again, and C) you insist on presenting a friendly veneer to the world.

Thank goodness for prickly friends(??), who will (not so) grudgingly allow you to sit with them so that you can be quiet together.

...there may eventually be a fic to go with this, if I ever get around to writing it.
