Fractal Thingy 690

Wanted to take a try at something floral. Plants and flowers do show fractal patterns at times so it was worth at try. Was initially trying to recreate a Torch Ginger (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etlinger… ). It was going alright but a little plain. To spice it up a bit I applied a spherical to the final variation. The inverted form was so much better. The texture was suddenly deeper and I have no idea why.
