i have a shot very similar to this one....i was browsing some of my old files and found this shot, so i thought i'd screw around with it a little in editing.... maybe i see something different this time around.... idk. let me know what you think..... please? ^^

i really really really do like this ! it has a lot of meaning in it. expectually to me, yes i'm a cutter, not very proud of my addiction. i hope i could throw my addiction away in the mud like in that picture.

I REALLY like this. I don't know what it is meant to portray, but to me, it seemed like a parallel between the reality of cutting and the comfort and beauty that it is associated with to those who struggle with it. It's a stark contrast that, to me, really makes a statement. I dunno. Good job

wow, i really like your take on it. to be honest, i don't think i had a clear vision of the symbolism behind this photo... thats why i like to hear what someone sees when they look at my photo, because everyone has thier own vision.... if that makes sense? i don't know if i'm just rambling.... lol ^^ anyway, thank you!

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean! I think that's one of the most beautiful aspects of any art, that it can mean SO much to so many people. It's never static, never concrete. I love hearing different perspectives on my writing as well 
and no problem. It's a beautiful shot!
