I decided to share my puppet for my next film - yup it's a stop motion animation about this guy trapped in a spaceship. He's currently nameless (suggestions?), sitting on my desk and waiting to be filmed.His frame is made of aluminium wire, steel wire and polymorph. So he can move freely. His eyes and eyebrows move too
He's got 2 tie downs on his feet and one on his bottom for rigging. OH and he's made of felt. Neelde felting mixed with wet felting (mainly ised for clothing). Took about a week to make - not counting a week where I was testing the wire and other materials... Starting to film this week~! Yay! And my set still isn't done hahahaha

Oh i like Edmund - Tom and David are my friends' name haha so it would be odd. I'll definitely pick a name before I start the shoot (so monday I guess)

I will. When it's done (one day), I'm currently having a break from the shoot. Break that made me realise that it's sunday evening and I'm in a dark basement on my own, shooting a film... oh the life of an animator... will post some test/stills at some point
