Morbid, but interesting to say the least. Peach slowly loses her mind and starts seeing herself as the road itself as the hours past. Next thing you know is that she's cheering whenever she becomes more smudgelike and dreams of being permanently cemented over.
Kinda odd, but it makes the story less morbid. At least she enjoys her fate.
