I am probably not knowledgable enough for a real critique but I like this.  The overhead light is on the subject and shows off his muscularity nicely.  The shadows accentuate rather than hide his muscularity..  The lat spread is sort of half done and the subject apoears to be unconcious or in thrall to something.  I like that his face is bathed in light and then his lower body disappears at the bottom of the frame.  The dark background  accents the beAuty of his fair skin tones rather than looking pasty or washed out.  Finalky orange was a good clothing choice its vividness draws the eye immediately.  An arresting and appealing image.
