Oh hey so you're probably thinking something along the lines of WHOA THAT'S TRON and you are correct. Dessa's Sonic fan character, Raiden , is based off Tron. so essentially he's a double fan character. He uses one of those light disc things and his speed to attack. I might have gone over as far as the color blue goes. ;u;

I've never actually watched Tron before. I know the main concept where there's a video game thing and people compete in The Grid and race with light cycles and fight with glowy discs or whatever, but I had to look up a bunch of pictures. I ended up using a technique I learned from my art class last year to get that perspective right. Oh and hey look at that the picture itself is sort of tilted. I think it looks cooler. =w=;

Raiden has beautiful hair.

Welp this took a whole bunch of time, but I guess it's still a best of luck to me thing as far as Dessa's contest goes. To everyone else, enjoy! or not I don't actually care it's 2 in the morning I'm tired
