because back in the day people used to walk around with eye shafts which was a small weapon which would have a long string and small grapple thing and then people would shoot it at the criminals to hit the eyes, so once the eye shaft locked onto the eye socket it would sink in the grapple very hard and this was the tricky part where they would have to carefully pull out the eye but make sure it was still intact, now if they pulled to slowly the criminal could easily take it off while the person with the eye shaft was pulling, now if you pulled it to fast it could rip out the eye socket which would cut the price in half. so they ha to pull it just right as to rip the socket out and if they were able to pull out that string thing on the back of the eye socket it would pay twice as much. now of course once the eye socket was pulled out it was common courtesy of deseyeo collectors to let the person go after all they just ripped there eye out.

because deseyeo collectors were scared of a lot of things, they had about 20 phobias and were scared to do anything, they were major geeks, if it wasn't for them the whore business wouldn't have been as popular as it was back in those days. they feared anything though from the common fire fly to the deadly rattlesnake. they again were very generous so those that didn't have any phobias which was very very rare were always forced to release the enemy or else the rest of the deseyeo collectors would come together and beat the living shit out of them and kill his family. these events were called opligs, these led to the murder of a few deseyeo collectors but not many.
