Commision forthey wanted:
"Well I wanted a pic of Princess Luna with a Sinestro Corps ring and around her it says "Princess Luna of Equestria" "You have the ability to instill great fear." The quotes would be separate and in a lantern bubble. The ring would around her horn and she'd have a Sinetro Corps uniform like Sinestro's I linked. Then I'd want a simple yellow aura around her as in the link below."

Seems more like she'd be an Orange Lantern, since she was so jealous of her sister that she tried to kill her, and effectively plunge the planet into a new Ice Age.

Lanterns (defined here as a wielder of an Oan type power ring) are determined by the color of the Light their power ring uses. Emotional energy (called 'The Emotional Spectrum') is harnessed and charges the ring with energy. The color corrosponds to an emotion that fuels their ring.
Red: Rage/Hate
Orange: Avarice/Gluttony
Yellow: Fear/Terror
Green: Willpower/Drive
Blue: Hope/Faith
Indigo: Compassion/Empathy
Violet: Love/Passion
Rings can only be used by living things, most machines/AIs can not use the ring. Lanterns come in all shapes, sizes and sexes (some aliens have more than 2). Example: the Green Lantern Corps has an insect Bzzz as a memeber and Mogo a living planet is a lantern too.
So Luna here is a Yellow Lantern and her ring is fueled by Fear (She's a yellow lantern in the Blackest Night Equestria crossover fic too, along with Twilight and Trixie).
