Description First of all, if people have difficulty reading the numbers on the map. Tell me and I'll make a larger version. The only reason I haven't made a larger version is because it becomes blurry when I do it so I'll probably make a bigger version when I have time to clean it up. (For now if you zoom your screen it makes it easier to see) So let's start:

1. Marvelle Town
(The starting town and home to many friends and rivals)

2. Ripelight Forest
(An unusual forest, the trees bear fruit that shimmer like beacons in the night sky)

3. Sideledge Town
(A small seaside town on the edge of Dreary Loch Cave)

4. Heartbeat City (Gym #1 - Darla ~ Poison Specialty)(F)

(A once prestigious city run and guided by the Foubourge Family now overrun with thugs and unsavoury characters after the passing of Lord Foubourge and disappearance of Lady Foubourge. Their only daughter Darla Foubourge has been left in charge as Mayor. The Fantasma Inc. HQ can be found here, a manufacturer of childrens toys. Underneath the City is a large sewer network.)

5. Ru Minra Village (Roo-Minra)
(An ancient village turned Archaolegist Base Camp. A major breakthrough is said to be just around the corner.)

6. Ru Minra Ruins (Roo-minra)
(The remnants of an ancient civilisation which worshipped the Healing and Pandemic Pokemon. The investigation of the ruins has been slowed down to a halt by deep water filled hallways. )

7. Sparkliff Town (Gym #2 - Kento ~ Fighting Specialty) (M) Hometown of the elite four member Gwenda. Gwenda ran the gym until she advanced to the pokemon league...the gym now run by the Gwenda's younger brother Kento. Sparkliff Town was originally the main port in Bargeo...however Celebay City eventually surpassed it and now Sparkliff port has become mainly obsolete. The Sparkliff Lighthouse is found here, however it is no longer in use and lies dormant)

8. Minstrel Park (Gym #5 - Minaeva ~ Bug Specialty) (F)
(A woodland park that is shared by people and pokemon alike. It's gym leader is a reclusive widow and a mysterious musician who plays a harp crafted from String Shots. The bane of every trainer taking part in the Pokemon League as it's gym is almost impossible to find.)

9. Safari Ranch
(Smaller than the usual Safari Zones. The pokemon found in the ranch changes each day at random. Ranch Workers may also take the time out to battle you.)

10. Sana Island
(Holds a small shrine, created to give thanks to the Healing Pokemon for blessing Bargeo with health and prosperity. However in recent times the island and shrine is mainly ignored except for Tourists.)

11. Morbi Island
(Holds a small shrine, created to appease the Pandemic Pokemon so as not to bring disease and ruin on Bargeo. However in recent times the island and shrine is mainly ignored except for Tourists.)

12. Celebay City (Cella-bay) (Gym #3 - Lara ~ Fire Specialty) (F)
(A city obsessed with celebrities and lifestyle of the famous. Lara the gym leader is a popular singer and is at the centre of much gossip and controversy, a magazine dedicated to her is released weekly called "So Lara!")

13. Farmago Town (Far-mago)
(A town famous for it's berry pies, strong agriculture, fresh air and exceptional Daycare facilities)

14. Technazto Town (Gym #4 - Robin ~ Steel Specialty) (M)
(An Aztec styled town with a futuristic twist. Home to an incredibly intelligent and eccentric Gym Leader with a massive secret.)

15. Mournton City (Gym #6 - Guy ~ Dark Specialty) (M)
(A city that revers it's dead with great respect, shown by the large beautifully adorned graveyard on a cliff above the city. It's gym leader, although naturally strong is often lost in his own make believe world. The Fuzzy Heart Crew HQ can be found here.)

16. Dreary Loch Cave (North Entrance)
(A large expansive cave, home to many varieties of Pokemon not found anywhere else in Bargeo. There is a lake somewhere inside the cave.)

17. Dreary Loch Cave (South Entrance)
(A large expansive cave, home to many varieties of Pokemon not found anywhere else in Bargeo. There is a lake somewhere inside the cave.)

18. Phonice Mountain
(A freezing mountain home to many ice type pokemon. However for some reason in recent years the temperature has been rising slightly causing major thaw and avalanches threatening the lives of the pokemon who make their home there and also the civilians in the nearby towns)

19. Patrost Town (Gym #7 - Roy ~ Ice Specialty) (M)
(A town very competitive with they're neighbor Matreeze Town. The elders of both towns argue over gym leader status. A small shrine lies between both towns.)

20. Matreeze Town (Gym #7 - Agnes ~ Ice Specialty) (F)
(A town very competitive with they're neighbor Patrost Town. The elders of both towns argue over gym leader status. A small shrine lies between both towns.)

21. Slabtress City (Gym #8 - Baron ~ Rock/Ground Specialty)(M)
(A large city built on to the side of Dreary Loch Mountain. Surrounded by a tall wall. Originally it had been a prison, where members of various gangs and thugs were held. However there was a major jailbreak orchestrated by a foreign mafia syndicate in which most of it's prisoners escaped. The majority of the prisoners were caught and sent to other region prisons however Slabtress prison never recovered and eventually developed into a settlement when more living space was needed for Bargeo's residents. The current Gym Leader was a Warden for the prison. The Institute of Logical Advances (Iola) and Iola campus can be found here. The once drab prison has developed into a buzzing metropolis over time.)

22. Sonabrig Town (A fairly new town located on a bridge. A large Market is held there every Saturday.)

23. Lakmi Desert (A confusing desert filled with sand dunes, quicksand and tombs. Lakmi Desert's guardian lies sleeping in one of it's many tombs. It also acts as the "Victory Road" for the Bargeo region.)

24. Pokemon League
A. ??? (Grass Speciality) (M) (Name not decided yet)

B. Nami (Water Speciality) (F)
(Older Sister to Lara, she is also a professional dancer. However unlike her younger sister Nami shies away from the limelight. Despite this, a magazine is released weekly called "So Nami!")

C. ??? (Psychic Speciality) (M) (Name not decided yet)

D. Gwenda (Electric Speciality) (F)
(Her hometown is Sparkliff Town, a madly determined Woman with zero tolerance for failure. She was originally the Champion however was recently defeated by an unknown individual)

E. Champion ??? (Mixed) (Name not decided yet)

25. D.D Spirutus
(A cruise ship that sails the sea surrounding Bargeo once a day. Many trainers rearing to battle can be found on board. At the end of the day while docked in Celebay City people swear to hear ballroom music, laughter and the sound of wine glasses clinking well into the night.)

Bargeo has an unusual climate, with a cold area situated so close to a desert. There's a reason for that though, it's a pokemon I haven't revealed yet. It's not a legendary but they're found in abundance in areas of extremley hot or cold temperatures.

All of the place names have had inspiration from something, they're not just random names. Try guessing some of them.

There might still be changes to this if I notice a big error or something I missed.

Also thanks to who made some of the map sprites that I used (I think the boat, the wooden bridge and the building) However I edited the colour of the boat.

edit: One more thing, the lineup of the planned Gym Leaders/Elite Four.

1. Miss Darla (Poison)
2. Kento (Fighting)
3. Lara (Fire)
4. Robin (Steel)
5. Midra (Bug)
6. Guy (Dark)
7. Roy & Agnes (Ice)
8. Baron (Rock/Ground)

A. Tipatopi (Tip-a-toe-p)(Grass)
B. Nami (Water)
C. ??? (Psychic)
D. Gwenda (Electric)
E. Champion (Mixed)

You think you can help me with my Enkos region? I only have one thing preplanned: Shalla City. It's an oceanside town with Enkos's largest harbor and - get this - you can actually explore the town's sewer system.

Awesome map, it reminds me of mine and it seems as we both have a forest after our starting towns!

Well the forest isn't actually on the route to other towns, it's in the other direction....but I'm thinking of something like the townsfolk in Marvelle town hold a festival in Ripelight forest every year to celebrate new trainers starting on their journey.

The professor might teach them how to catch pokemon in the forest too.

There are a couple of things left unexplained, like how the wooden bridge is broken. I haven't really figured out the story for that definitely....but all that needs to be known is that it is eventually fixed/made crossable.

Nice map and good work! It seems to be a lot of things to do in this region! I like also how you made the border of the map I think I will do it like you and post information on my map about the gymleaders too.

ok, i'll try to guess some of the place names origins:
1. I know that Marvelle is a girl name, but have no clue what it means. The place also sounds like "marble" besides that I don't know what it could be...

2. Ripelight forest. Hmm, as your comment states that there are fruits shinning like light in the trees, I guess ripe means fruit that are ready to be eaten + light.

4. heartbeat like the heart beats? XD

8. I know that a minstrel was a kind of bard/musician person.

Marvelle came about from "Marvel" I was messing about with the French for Marvel which is "Merveille" but I changed it around a bit and went for Marvelle.

Ripelight is actually a name that popped into my head, and the whole idea for the forest came afterwards. So yeah you got it pretty much.

I really loved the name Heartbeat City...it gives a feeling of nightlife.

I wish there was an easier way to list the information of each location. I'll probably be adding in bits of information over time. For example, Heartbeat City has a Sewer Network underneath the city....which I'm adding right now.

There are already a few storyline arcs I'm thinking about. Some of them are hidden in my comments for this map. Sabrina from the Kanto region may be involved somehow.
