Part of a series of school girl outfit designs with a Pokemon theme. The goal is for the outfits will be made for con wear, but this is speculation at the moment
This isn't in any way intended to be part of the Pokemon gijinka series. It can be considered an anthropomorphic image, however, this was not the original idea.
