someone asked about oc's and i thought i'd update dizzy with my current design sensibilities and stuff!
which is weird cause i still dont know if dizzy is like... an oc more or like a persona. maybe mascot? idk.
i thought a hat would be cute and i decided i like high waisted skits a lot recently!
what do you guys think?

This dizzy design is fairly making her seem more mature, might be the way you draw lips, face overall or something completely different. But there was something about the simplicity of the original design that just made me thing I'd manage to see her on a street one way or another.
