Shizuru from Rewrite. (I definitely recommend it) Takes place after her bitersweet ending ;__; (I personally loved the ending but didn't like how Kotarou got that ending Dx)The title and the unidentifiable flowers are carnation because it's Shizuru's theme.

Sorry everyone for the inactivity though D; Lately, I've been drawing less and am watching more anime (and dramas; my friend gave me a list of ~20 dramas to watch over the summer OTL) and reading lots of visual novels (almost done w/ F/SN's Fate route). Hopefully, I'll be drawing a lot more in a few months D:
A trivia about this work, I think I spent around 50-75% working on this while I was taking my drivers ed...... ahahahaL. I finished both of them within minutes of each other too XD;;
