Description
Beware of spoilers, especially LB!.Long time no upload? D:
I'm sorry guys for the inactivity.. I've been a bit busy like reading vns, especially the past weeks because of AP Exams (I still have massive cramming left; I'll be done with my last one on Wednesday). I'm more active on my art blog ( [link] ) than here so.. I'm sorry OTL
Anyway, a submission for key15th. Click download for a slightly bigger version (might as well as the same size is uploaded on key15th). Explaining everything will require major spoilers, especially from Rewrite.
(Spoiler for all key works)
Basically, the lines on this work are the different worlds that existed in the key world. Each branches into 7 major branches. From left to right, they are Kanon, AIR, Clannad, Planetarian, Little Busters!, Angel Beats!, and Rewrite. All of them are visual novels (except AB!; AB! vn is currently under production) produced by key. Within those branches, there are even more branches - the ones that terminate quickly are the non-main heroine routes (and side routes in Clannad). The long, non-terminating lines are the True Ends of the particular vn. Extra non terminating lines in Clannad is Tomoyo After and in LB! are the Rin-ending and 3 non-Rin endings where Riki either ends out with Kurugaya, Kud (Kud Wafter), or Sasami (which occurs post-Refrain). In Rewrite, Kagari is looking for a path/line/world where the Earth doesn't initiate Salvation. I applied that idea where she looks for the True Ending of the rest of the key's vns (except Rewrite, where Kotarou helps open the possibility for the True Ending). The fail bubbles are the scenes from the final ending. In Kanon, Ayu ends out waking up from her coma and meets Yuuichi again, in AIR, Misuzu is able to reach her goal and end the curse of the winged beings, in Clannad, Nagisa does not die from the childbirth process, in Planetarian (linear plot), Yumemi saves the Junker and dies, in Little Busters!, Riki becomes stronger on the 2nd run by overcoming his narcolepsy and with the help of Rin, manages to rescue everyone from the bus crash, in Angel Beats!, Otonashi finds Kanade in the epilogue after they both moved on, and in Rewrite, the girls form a contract with Kotarou after he turned into a tree after stopping Kagari from initiating Salvation.
(/spoiler)
Tldr; it's a whole lot easier to understand this work if you've read Rewrite at the very least.
Another comment about the artwork, I've always wanted to draw Kagari holding the Earth and I'm glad that I was able to XD
Also, I rushed around 3 of the chibis and anatomy so please don't bite me >//< I'm aware that I could have given more care to this but I had no time ;__;
I am thinking of participating the Clannad 10th Anniversary Contest for key/pixiv so hopefully, I'll be able to upload something else this month? XD I have no idea what to do for the concept though OTL
Also, is anyone interested in commissioning me? I'm wondering as I may update the journal soon O:

You're welcome. By the way, the explanations to the major branches is pretty detailed. Did you read (watch for AB!) all of Key's works?

Tomoyo After is a must (trust me, it's good), but Kanon VN wasn't that good. I also haven't read Rewrite Harvest festa! for obvious reason (I can't read Japanese and there's currently no English translation available).

Awesome. As somebody who's played a majority of these or seen the animes (played clannad, rewrite and planetarian/ Watched air kanon and little busters) I really enjoyed this.

Read and enjoyed all of them, and I could see how they all connect within the multiple timelines.

Somehow this is one of the most meaningful drawings about key arts that I've ever seen (I could understand it pretty well without reading the description). Now, it's a bit sad that ONE and MOON. can't be there

Thank you~
Yes. I was thinking about reading ONE in particular before doing this to incorporate it but I sadly didn't have enough time ]:

I highly recommend it, except for Mayu's route. I hate that thing to levels beyond your imagination. By the way, if you ever meet Mayu, you CAN'T go through any other route. I'm telling you in advance since I tried everything and finally gave up, checked a FAQ and then I was finally able to go for the character I wanted.

Nope. It's in my backlog though. I'm planning to read it as soon as the translation for it is done.
There is a current translation done by Sheeta from Amaterasu. It's currently a bit more than 40% done. You can track the progress here [link] Here's the blog for the translation [link]

I'll check asap, thanks!

Let me tell you what... when I first saw this as a Key15th submission, I was quite impressed. However, after reading through this post and realizing what you did with the route lines, I'm pretty floored! You should be really proud of this piece; I know I'd feel very pleased sending this to Key!
