I haven't watched RomaHeta yet ,but I've been told what it was. I don't know how accurate it is, though...
Japan makes a sort of virtual reality game to meet Hatsune Miku, but something happens and the other nations end up stuck inside of the game with no way out, wheras Japan is stuck outside the game with no way in. The other nations, in the game, must find a way to escape, and Japan on the outside helps them.... Only an evil clone of Japan suddenly appears inside the game, pretends to be the real one, and is trying to keep the other countries trapped inside the game for good. Evil clones of some of the other nations appear to be inside the game as well...
That's all I really know about it. RomaHeta apparently got more popular than Hetalia itself, thus the creator of RomaHeta discontinued the series, which was apparently SO close to being finished. I heard that RomaHeta has all sorts of plot twists and things, similar to HetaOni.
I hope this helps ^^ I'm going to watch RomaHeta soon. You should too, especially if you like HetaOni, HetaHazzard, or HetaQuest. ^^

I think they had the evil clones too, and their clones were the ones in the priest outfits. I'm not sure though.

Actually, here's what happened:
Japan had created a videogame to travel into the second dimension, but an error had happened and said countries above are sucked into the realm, with an "error" of an evil Japan to trap them in there for good, but to do so, he tries to infect the others with a computer virus. The first countries he infects are Russia and Belarus. They fight, but they get away. Next up are the Italia brothers, and they are "bosses" of an Italian cathedral, and the countries soon find out that the only way to uncorrupt them is to destroy an altar. Well, they beat Romano and he is somehow cured, but they then have to beat N. Italy, but they just destroy the altar, yet, instead of "beating the boss", they "upgraded" the brothers, giving them a Holy look instead, and reinfecting them. They attack again.
