The "Ted Turner Edition" as Buster Bunny's comment: "Whoa, who are you, Ted Turner?" when colored horrendously (and similar colors as Captain Planet now that I look at it XD), indicates.A special inclusion to the Orange Dreamer Cast: Fang [Surname goes here]
Inspired by
An Enforcer with the Galactic Police (Working title) and Charlotta's assigned partner. He's fierce in combat and specializes in hand-to-hand artes utilizing Phazer Gloves to smash through even the toughest metal armor. He carries a standard issue DF-3000 Energy Pistol, but rarely uses it.
He learns of a rumor that there is a conspiracy in the upper divisions of the Enforcers Unit and because of this, he sometimes assists the Renegade Vigilante, Zara in eluding law enforcement (especially if said law enforcement officer is Charlotta).
Fang is the Dream Alter-ego of Christopher Laurence Kenning the Third or just Clark, a classmate who Stacey befriends at some point in the Orange Dreamer comic.

And he looks pretty awesome. That long kung-fu esque ponytail tied in the back is a trait I like in particular. ;3
Dunno why but he reminds me of a Gundam pilot now that we bring up space and kung fu. Huh; that's probably why. XD

Hello there! Time for judging!
Lets get right to it.
Theme: I wish this were more of a character sheet, to get an all around view of the character, but at least we get to see the full body. 7/9
Style: You have your own unique style and its very you haha. I would like to see cleaner line art, it very sketchy, makes the character seem like its hyped up on sugar and is really jittery. perhaps that is the case, but it was not made explicit XD You were going for a ted turner palette, i can see a bit of that but the color choices seem more neutral and muted than high contrast. I see some use in the bright orange, red, and yellow, but i feel like the high and bright contrast should be more focused on the larger parts, rather than just accented. meh but that might just be me being nit picky 
Creativity: Space cop is a pretty cliche trope, however, him being more adept at "hand-to-hand" combat gives him a unique approach to the trope. I don't know how useful that is in space battles where most bandits would be using lasers and what nots. He must have some sort of armor/shield system akin to many video games i.e Halo, bioshock: infinite. but i digress. There is very little on his past, and theres not much about his personality, but perhaps thats better shown in the comic lol. still, would love to have seen more to him. 5/9
