I can't draw women that well either T_T but I have taken now 2 life drawing classes so I've got a concept of anatomy... but in animation, anatomy in NOT important... the story is most important and I've just been rambling haven't I?

Watch for weight distribution, capture the essence of the pose first then refine it.

Not much else I can say but practice, practice, practice...

That's alright, it still came out very well. For me I'm currently bugged that a tiny icon I'm working on has not thus far come out well when it is shrunk down to size. Tweaking needed, though I'm fine with what I've got you know?

For resizing stuff I'd recommend using vectors. Illustrator is good for this, but that's just me ^_^

I think the hands are ok. The left one may be a tiny bit too big, but not really an issue methinks. The pose itself seems a bit unnatural. I tried to do it myself and it was very uncomfortable. Her body is twisted a bit too much. This works fine in a cartoon sense, of course, but if you were going for natural, it's not a practical pose. I think the problem is with her right foot being positioned behind the left foot. That forces the body to twist a certain way which does not conform well to how her torso is positioned. It certainly isn't pleasant standing that way, anyhow, and very precariously balanced.

I can imagine! Heh. Colouring stuff by hand takes a lot outta me, but I find paint-bucketing easy... However, I don't have anywhere near as much detail in my computer work.
