This here is my (new) Ghost Dragon form/Specter Claw!!!

Powers and Abilities
Specter Claw Dragons powers are composed of several aspects of traditional ghosts from myths and lore such as flight, levitation, phasing through solid matter, intangibility, invisibility, and body possession.
Specter Claw's are able to possess the bodies of their enemies and control their movements to the point where he can cause them to fly like themselves, allowing them to freely slam them against walls or hit themselves. They can also access the abilities of other beings that possess superpowers.
Specter Claw Dragons can make themselves intangible and invisible as both a powerful defense and infiltrating high-security locations. He is also capable of making other objects, people, and/or animals intangible and transparent through physical contact.
Specter Claw Dragons can use the tentacles under their protective scales/skin as a means of scaring their enemies into submission. These tentacles can grow sharp thorns that can be used as lethal weapons.

Specter Claw Dragons can even self duplicate into endless copies of themselves.

Because they are alive in a rather unconventional sense, Specter Claw's can survive in space.
Specter Claw Dragons possesses enhanced strength.
Specter Claw's are capable of telekinesis, moving big or small object with their minds, and they can project energy beams from their hands, mouth, and tentacles
Specter Claw's do not have Mana in them. That is because Mana is life energy, and Specter Claw Dragons are not alive in the same conventional way that most other life forms are.
Specter Claw Dragons have a powerful ghostly sonic dragon roar that blast's enemies and everything in it's path.
Specter Claw's have sharp claws. When they stick their claws into a person's or creature's head, this can either cause them pain or knock them unconscious.

Specter Claw Dragons have the ability to see in absolute darkness without any problem.
Specter Claw Dragons can make people and/or creatures feel deathly cold by simply moving through them.
Specter Claw's can alter their shape and deform like gas by making themselves into a smoke-like wispy form.

Specter Claw Dragons even have Elasticity They can stretch forever if they want to.
Specter Claw Dragons even have some kind of fear chemical ability. Like a fear toxin that they can inject into their foes or prey. This fear toxin kinda works like Scarecrows fear toxin, but stronger. And it really works. Except to other Specter Claw Dragons, they're immune to their own fear toxin. The fear toxin can come from their teeth, claws, or they can just release out a gas of the fear toxin.

Weaknesses
Specter Claw's intangibility is useless when faced by another being that can go intangible. Certain substances can also neutralize his intangibility and invisibility.

Although, their Sonic Ghostly Dragon roar is very powerful, it can completely tire out a Specter Claw Dragon. Really takes a lot out of them.
Their intangibility seems to require conscious thought to activate, so opponents will be able to hit them if they're caught off guard.
Magic can harm Specter Claw Dragons.
Specter Claw's cannot possess beings who have no mind, like a zombie.
