Plasma Ray Dragons are like Manta ray Dragons.

Powers and Abilities
Plasma Ray Dragons are one of the fastest fliers, they can fly at supersonic speeds.

Plasma Ray's maneuvers through the air with little to no flapping and accelerates to speeds greater than light with ease.

Plasma Ray Dragons are even capable of maneuvering through space, a task which no amount of flapping would allow.

Plasma Ray Dragons flight speed even allows them to go into hyperspace, which means they can travel across interstellar distances in moments.
It would appear that Plasma Ray Dragons have an additional key to flight beyond their wings. In proportion to their size, they has a very short wingspan, although their weight is unknown.
Plasma Rays can fire neuroshock blasts from his eyes, mouth, and tail. These blasts are strong enough to paralyze a Magma Claw Dragon.
Plasma Ray Dragons neruoshock blasts are capable of starting fires.
Plasma Rays are durable enough to withstand gunfire from a fighter jet, though it does cause them great discomfort.
Plasma Ray Dragons have enhanced strength
Plasma Rays can survive in the vacuum of space and is highly adaptive underwater.
Weaknesses
Plasma Ray Dragons neuroshock blasts can hurt themselves, and are useless against certain non-living targets such as robots.
Plasma Ray Dragons cannot walk very well due to their proportionally thin hind limbs.
Plasma Rays can be ensnared in webs.
