Tenta-Zaps are jellyfish-like dragons
Basically, their like jellyfish with dragon wings.

Powers and Abilities
Tenta-Zap dragons can manipulate and produce lightning and electricity, launching them in electrical blasts. They can also absorb electrical energy and relaunch attacks.
Tenta-Zap's have intangibility, and are capable of combining that with their electrokinesis to electrically shock objects and beings they phases through.

Tenta-Zap dragons breath electricity instead of firebreath.
Tenta-Zap dragons can read other thoughts by sensing the electrical pulses of their mind. Meaning they can read minds.
Tenta-Zap's are capable of both flight and underwater breathing, the latter of which allows them to swim at enhanced speeds.
Tenta-Zap dragons can become pure energy in order to enter electrical cables and generate a large energy blast that surrounds them.
Tenta-Zap's tentacles can extend multiple times their length.
Tenta-Zap dragons lack of bones allows them to squeeze into extremely tight spaces.

Weaknesses
Tenta-Zap's can use their electricity underwater, but if they are using electricity while entering water, or only part of them is in the water, they will shock themselves
Tenta-Zap dragons are weak against enemies who can drain electricity.
Since their bodies are very frail, heavy objects falling on Tenta-Zap's can make them faint.
