Description
My portfolio class has a Spring Break work day thingy today. It started with a figure drawing workshop, and then we were given time to work on personal stuff.Started working on an illustration that I've been working on for about a week now, but after that wasn't going well, I decided to draw this instead. I feel like my look always changes over the span of a mere few months, so as you can see, my hair has grown out, and even my art style has changed quite a bit.
Humorously enough this is literally the EXACT outfit I wore today, so it's also a OOTD as well I guess. I was going to put myself in the shirt I've drawn myself in with all of my previous ID's, but I decided that I'd change it up and just choose this outfit since I was wearing it and had the perfect reference... and it's one of my favorites right now (LOVE THAT SWEATER!!!)
Let me know what ya'll think!

Aw glad you think I look like an artist, my style has definitely gotten more colorful and fun over the years. I love pops of color now, and I'm constantly using color theory in my wardrobe. I actually labeled this sweater as my "still life" sweater since it's covered in fruit and flowers and other things people might draw in a still life.
I think I've gotten better of capturing my likeness, so that's good. It's tricky drawing yourself when you're someone like me since I'm self conscious and notice all the little flaws I have, but I just tried to replicate what I look like into my current style.
You most definitely have talent, so as long as you keep working and drawing daily like yours truly, you'll just naturally improve. I strongly believe that anyone can learn to draw, no matter what anyone says. I didn't actually get good for the longest time, and then one day, it seemed like something clicked and my art just suddenly got better. The road's not over for me either though, I know I've still got things to improve and learn. I actually am going to do a redraw kind of thing where I take a sketch from one of my super old sketchbooks from the 3-4 grade and redraw it.

Wow, I have never been creative enough to name my clothes lol. Like I just address my clothes as the comfy ones and the swaggy ones. My twin brother, however, is reaaaally kind of, like, Idk the creative and artistic type? Like he is super good at drawing and crafts. He also wears a locket like thingy with two angel wings and the last time I saw him which was just five minutes ago lol, he was wearing a sweatshirt with roses and wings and all those fantasy kinda stuff, like he just loves angels (the naked ones to be exact) and also fairies and creatures with horns and stuff. (But he doesn't name his clothes like you either lol)
Aw your welcome like how did you know I've got Talent did you ever look at my page? Haha, my page is full of weird stuff and tbh I do kind of have a good hand at drawing stuff like hair and mermaids and Princesses but for the other stuff, nah...
When I was a kid I loved drawing but as soon I got into fifth grade I just simply didn't feel like drawing anymore and that's sad like I really want to do art but I can't find an urge to....
Instead I have seemed to find my leisure mostly by skateboarding and playing basketball so yeah I have kind of gone sporty but I am glad I could still sketch I know that I should probably practice but only when inspiration hits me! Hah!
And the only place where I can seem to find inspiration is my maths class like I am in Pep class for maths and we are always told to solve as much as problems as we can from the math books but for the last few math lessons I just kept on drawing mermaids at the back of my note book(without my teacher noticing like he just keeps looking at his phone whole through the lesson) and that resulted in me getting continously bad grades in my maths test and assignment while my brother got full marks! Ugh, life has been awesome I feel like making sushi out of the mermaids I drew right now.

lol I only have like two I have named. The other one is black with white sleeves with doodles all over them... I call that one my "doodle" sweater. lol That's sounds neat. I actually have a necklace and class ring that I wear daily. I can't go anywhere without them.
I most definitely did, and I see so much potential in your work. I get ya, princesses and hair are my two favorite things to draw!
I can't really understand that since I literally never stopped. I've been drawing ever since I was sitting in Kindergarten. I even have a Kindergarten notebook with doodles all over the pages. Keep in mind that no one's good when they first start, and you're past that phase for sure. Even my high school notebooks have doodles in them. The one class I never allow myself to draw in though is math since that's the class I've got to keep an eye on at all times.

You can't go anywhere without them? Like are they something you are bound to wear or you just love them too much to take them off?
Class rings, huh? Is it like an USA kinda thing? Like, I live in Australia and our school doesn't have any sort of class ring kinda thing nor does the other schools around. But, my drama teacher, who happens to be American like she came from Michigan, wears a silver colored ring with a blue stone and she tells stories about that ring in class that it was her class ring from her high school in Michigan and she never took it off.
Aw, thanks.
Hmm, I think I've been drawing since... I don't know I probably got the habit of doing it since I was 8 or 9 and I was quite good at using colours and stuff. (although I didn't know how to watercolour) my mom was quite impressed with my work and she encouraged me to do more and she also bought art teachers for me and I guess I had a bit of improvement from them.
Apparently my math notebook is the only one I have doodles on. Lol.

I just got so used to wearing them that I have to wear them at all times, or I don't feel fully dressed or comfortable.
I guess so. They're expensive though. Mine was around 400$ I think. Mine is silver with a blue stone too!
No prob!
Cool. I started when I could first pick up a pencil. Art is my life, and I don't exaggerate when I'm saying that.
lol That was my Social Studies notebook a few years back.
