The fourteenth "Cartoon Cartoon", the winner of the 2nd ever "Big Pick", and created by Tom Warburton (credited as Mr. Warburton).The series revolves around the secret worldwide orginization known as the Kids Next Door, a network of kids as operatives who work to take down recurring threats created by adult tyrannies, senior citizens, and teenagers, utilising weapons of all kinds of sizes fashioned from everyday objects and other oddities. The central focus is Sector V; comprising of leader Numbuh One (real name Nigel Uno), Numbuh Two (Hoagie Gilligan Jr.), Numbuh Three (Kuki Sanban), Numbuh Four (Wallabee Beatles), and Numbuh Five (Abigail Lincoln).
