Description
The eleventh "Cartoon Cartoon" and the second series created by Genndy Tartakovsky (the first being Dexter's Laboratory).
Set in ancient Japan, a shape-shifting demon named Aku destroys much of a king's land. A young prince who weilds a magic katana travels around the world training his body and mind in preparation for the takedown of the evil creature. After many years, he finally challenges Aku to a battle. After what looks like the prince gaining the upper hand against him, the demon launches the prince forward into a future where he never defeated him in a last-ditch effort. The episodes centre around the prince, now named Jack, trying to find a way to go back to his own timeline and defeat Aku once and for all while dealing with the villains in the future.
