The fourth "Cartoon Cartoon", the second series created by David Feiss (the first being Cow & Chicken), and the first spin-off from Cartoon Network (as it was originally a segment on Cow & Chicken).
I.M. Weasel is talented, loved, and simply marvellous, always doing his best to use his wide array of skills to help people in need. I.R. Baboon, on the other hand, is the complete opposite; he is untalented, dense, and a loose cannon. He often spends his time trying to out do Weasel and trying to prove he is the true star of the show but to no avail, but gains the sympathy of Weasel in the end.
