What an amazing photograph.
I like the way that the blurriness of some parts of the picture make you focus even more on her face and chest, it kind of makes the message and the emotions in the picture clearer to the viewer.
When I see it it makes me want to feel like the model: free. It makes me want to just breathe and get all my problems and worries out, and be as peaceful as she looks.

I like the pose, but I find the illusion of the "moving arms" to be more of a nuisance than a nice effect; it boggles the eyes and the focus becomes lost. I enjoy the mute hues of gray and blue and the white is a nice focal point, but overall, this photo seems slightly boring if not one that thinks it's more dramatic than it really is.
