Description This is a layout I created for my own MySpace page.
It didn't turn out all I wanted it to be because I wasn't able to style specific tables from the original page, but I think it turned out quite nicely.

Nice!... love it. is there a way you can point me on the right direction as for how to rearrange the my space elements. For example moving the player, or the friends to a specific section, ect. This is what i have so far Myspace.com/jimdahustla. The only way i figured how to do my layout was to hide everything and put another layer on top. So its pretty much a site on top of myspace.

All about CSS dude. You have to overide the original CSS classes or change the properties of certain tags.

is there a code that grabs the object or table and puts it where you place it with out having to assign exact X & y positons?

you can make those exact X and Y relative, change change the position atribute to "relative"

you can see anyones codes, just open the myspace profile on your browser and click on "Page source" (usually under the View menu)

thats right, but it would be mixed with the myspace code. It wouldnt be the actual layouts code alone. But alright. Thanks for the help.

But the layout CSS shows up in a different place than the original CSS, and it can be easily spotted.

This is very cool indeed man.

I checked the link - one thing your youtube player is just below the comments scroll box, it overlaps into the actual comments on the right side and your pic slide is directly on top of the youtube player overlapping it.

I am using I.E. browser

you may need to adjust positioning for those two things to display right on I.E. (i know everyone hates I.E. but it is the war winner)

anyhow good job - looks really great and the music was even cooler

thanks for pointing out those errors.
it seems that myspace changed once again the way flash content is displayed, so the codes I used are not valid anymore, which makes every flash content present in the comments overlap.
It also happens in Firefox btw.

Checked this layout and wow! Lots more than I can do with MySpace layouts than I thought. How did you design the topside area to keep from showing up in the normal format that mySpace has for where things like contact boxes are arranged?
