In my first year of ballooning I decided that there is no limit but your imagination. Then I discovered time, money, number of balloons are also factors. LOL

Anyway, I have always said there is no such thing as "I can't make that" I will always try even if it's on the spot. That's how this was made. I walked into the store (in my first year also) with my balloons and was asked to make the colonel, so I did.
