How does eye enhancement cause tit growth as a side effect? I mean I'm not a biochemisit but my highschool biology class taught me the eyes and boods aren't that close...

It was mostly to demonstrate the nature of the gene splicing treatments are capable of causing off branch side effects that have no correlation. Hence making her resistant to ingested poisons and such lead to her growing a tail as well, was it because the creature who's genetic sequences were copied for the stomach modifications had a tail? Or did it lead to mutating her DNA in such a way it activated a suppressed trait her human body always had? Who knows. Basically if you start haphazardly fiddling with her DNA sequences via low quality gene splicing, you're gonna get more than you bargained for.
Also keep in mind these are only her present modifications. Over the years she's had more and likely extracted the ones that made living difficult, like growing gills to breathe underwater, not making it so you need to immerse your body in water every few hours to prevent dehydration.

Well there is that too. XD After all, they certainly weren't a required feature to her design, but certainly one I was glad to include and even used to encompass part of her general concept design.
