Description
is having a contest ( [link] ) and I decided to enter....I never made my own Naruto inspired character (and I don't plan on writing my own fanfic either >.>
, but this was kinda fun anyways! 
The name "Tomio" means "treasured man" in japanese, but I really just pulled that name from a baby name site(like I do with many of my charactes names) really quickly... so yeah...
This is a revised, cleaner version of the character. I made some small changes in design and info. If you wanna see the old one, it's right here: [link]

Awesomely awesome, it's a little small though. I had to bump down my resolution to be able to read the text.
I really really like his color scheme, it's nice and subdued and ninja-like and his costume's unique and memorable without being overly complicated. The only problems I can find is that the fingers in the sketch next to the Earthand Ocean breaker blurb look kind of short and the Black Fog sketch blends into the background a lot.

Gah, how did I miss that? I must've stopped reading after I got to the note to PF & Si, sorry XD;
Anyway, I got that the fog's suppose to be hiding the figure, but since the brown of the background there's so dark the fog itself is kind of hard to make out. Buuuut I've been having monitor calibration issues lately, so it might just be my computer.
