There is a new MK teaser trailer. It takes a more realistic take at the story in explaining people like Reptile and Scorpion. More of a movie short than anything, but no, I've not seen the new MK game yet.

Well it's good to see they're bringing back the game to the 2d fighting format with 3D captured renderings, as I've never liked total 3D fighting games because giving the player 360 degrees of movement took a lot of the skill out. Sorta why I've always like playing Street Fighter and MK more in comparison to stuff like Tekken, which I hated playing.
The fatalities are pretty awesome as well, and the X-ray attacks are funktastic to say the least.

Hell yeah, it's what MK was made and known for. It made the whole game an entirely new entity compared to other fighters and it's great to see them going back to what make us love the game in the first place.

mortal kombat was my first fighting game and i was hooked...though i sucked at it it was still fun...i cant wait to actually perform some kickass fatalities

Yeah, it's going good thus far; I haen't done a huge amount, but I'm already seeing a bit of change where my muscles are beggining to show

Oh, first rule is not to look at yourself or weight yourself. Just ignore looking at your body whenever possible. You'll definitely not notice much changes, but people who haven't seen you in a while will surely do.
I know I didn't notice much until friends I hadn't seen in recent months said "Wow, what happened?!" Just stick with it and "BOOM!" you'll be like awesome possum!

I think that if Scorpion were a little more vibrant, this would go from good, to excellent. He tends to blend in with the background and such, but this is still a really cool piece. I dig it and you've got a great style.

I actually decided to have him blend into the background when I was painting it in. Didn't actually like him popping out and sorta just wanted certain parts of him coming through, especially the fact of the source lighting only being from the burning corpse.

I got get it there, Dan, and at first I just threw it away, but then I decided that wasn't a grand enough gesture, so I made a replica of you out of straw and I put my lab coat on it with your memo in the pocket, and then I invited all the kids in the neighborhood to come over to light it on fire and whack it with sticks.

I don't wear a lab coat or do I walk around with a memo in my pockets. I carry my one eraser and one mechanical pencil in my right butt pocket when I leave home.
