Ah hah! There's the rub isn't it?! New paper stock on this one. Smooth 3 ply bristol in comparison to the 4 ply vellum. Smooth is better for the inks...but I'll have to see how the colors lay on it.

3 ply is almost too thin I think. Especially if your colors really get saturated. But smooth is awesome for inks! 3 ply is fine for what I do though. But I'm going to worry a little bit when I start using markers!

Yeah, I definitely prefer the 4 ply vellum for going nuts with colors but the smooth is way better for inks. I'll have to see how things work out.
