The lighting wasn't going to be hard, or so I thought, when I was inking it... but having a somewhat laid out mental plan helped...a bit.

No problem but, I disagree bro! You show tremendous skill and talent when it comes to these cards. I wish I could apply my work to such a small canvas. Its really hard though.

Everything takes some getting use to. When I first did these cards, oh boy...I was just thinking "sketch card" and actually just sketching them down and not really taking them as seriously, like a majority of artists. However, I decided I was going to get use to the work area and do things that would make people think it was an 8.5"x11" or make them go "WOW, its trading card size!?". I think I'm getting there, but I still want to push it some more. Me and Nar are thinking on the same path and it's only making us work that much harder at it. Which is great, having someone like Nar next to me edging me on heh.
Besides, I've always liked drawing little things on my school notebooks and test papers as a little kid. I guess that stuff payed off eventually..heh.

I've been brushing up on my traditional skills. Practicing on the sketch cards. Its hard but, I want to do them. So I shall work harder.
Nar is a great person to have in your corner. He's an amazing person. He has inspired me for years now. His energy is astounding.

Ah don't sweat it Joe. If you can draw large you can draw small, just takes some getting use to. I'm sure with time and practice you'll end up amazing yourself. 
Nar indeed is a great guy. Honest, down to Earth, and genuine guy without hidden motives. That and his art ain't too shabby either.
