It's a continuation of a picture i got from Diaperloverperson. She's as though Marge is in a tough situation. Messing her diaper and blaming it on Maggie only bought her some time. But when she was on her way to go get changed she didn't notice Bart's skateboard and tripped on it, landing on her messy butt in the process. Marge seems conflicted about the situation she is in currently. Perhaps she enjoys the feeling?
