I really love how the vibrant red contrasts with the paler tones, and the details are absolutely excellent! The blue lighting looks really lovely as well.

This is truly disturbing! Someone posted this on Google+, and I thanked them for the impending nightmares. I then had to write a short story based on this creative horror, and will share that with you shortly.

dont exactly have a tutorial mate, but started out with a blank canvas and sketched in areas of light n shadow to create a basic version of the drawing in shades of grey. Burn and dodge tools are useful for this. Then i added colour overlays to tint the greyscale base get the tones that i liked the look of. Once i had a basic colour work up i built up the details and highlights and a textural feel. I find it harder to describe it than do it
