It's in episode 13, right after Tomo and Osaka find out that Kagura has a lower test score than them both.

Earlier in the episode, Yomi calls them knuckleheads, so now they are glorifying their "leader" in Kagura.

Ahhh... Such good memories! 

I believe the word in the original was 'bonkura' - with a meaning considerably stronger than 'knuckleheads' (in itself a great word!)
Bonkura translates as ... let me check ... Oh! Typing it in hiragana it comes up as 'blank'! Okay - so as in blank, containing nothing, empty(-headed). Wow.
