Description
The third Abra artifact is located near a Hoshi:: Watarimono border world. It is 694 meters high, and excitingly, is an "active artifact." That is, although the structure itself appears to be unpowered, at its center is a rip in the space-time continuum, which radiates EM energy constantly.

Long honored Hoshi tradition tells of how the discovery of the artifact led them to seriously investigate ways of modifying space-time for the purpose of interstellar travel, which led to their development of FTL drives - and subsequently, to their fame as the "Star Wanderers."

It is believed that there is some property of this artifact which stabilizes the space-time rift in its center, allowing it to stay open indefinitely. Studies are ongoing.
