Good gracious... outstanding work, I'd never imagine an orc in such design. The armor is just great, freakin' awesome.
Too bad the guy at octoboom, didn't upload resources, Id so love to see this design as mod for TES: Oblivion or Warcraft 3 for example.

Looks like some kind of Ork-Warrior!... Very cool Armor! Specially the Helmet. I like the Visual Difference between this rough Ork-Body, and the elegant Design of the Armor!

oh wow that is really nice. I'm still developing my skills for concept art myself. Was this done on paper or concepted on a tablet? Were there thumbnails? Oh the questions I could ask haha. Good work. Hopefully I can do stuff like this soon.

The original sketch was done on paper, then I scanned it and brought it into Painter to color.
I have the sketch as well as some progress shots somewhere, I'll post them as soon as I find them.

When I asked I mean did you color it in photoshop. Oh! did you use the color overlay over greytones? sorry I don't want to come off as too excited or anything, but I just like learning techniques.
