I really like the outfit on the left . It's kinda Punk/ Rave/ futuristic all at once, yet still can keep a kinda military feel.

I like the face of the one on the left more but the costume of the one on the right more. (Though the costume on the right is still a bit fancy.)
From a graphical point of view, they are both quite nice.

Man... an advice. Beware of art thieves, they steal character designs too. If it is a personal project, don't put it on net (if you'll submit it for an editor). Please, your chara design is very cool to be stolen, be careful!

how will it harm me ....they cant draw or anyting ....so they miss on most fun part.

Art Thieves steal and sell the character designs too, or just copy your idea. When customer ask for chara D., they don't mind how the artist did it... groos thing, no?
but if it for yourself, then don't have a problem^___^ I thought it because I'd hate your art being stolen

I find it weird that the vast majority of people that fear, or even really beleive in, art theft, are ametures that barely make money on their art anyway.
