I don't own any rights to Cell or any other Toei work from DragonBall Z.I always find it funny when people do fan art of Cell and give him a more insect vibe. I completely understand for that was Toriama used as reference as his design. However he is also an android so sticking with both design concepts, dreamed up this beauty. Next up is Freeza and Broly.

i enjoy your takes on db characters-really-they are amazing- i did something like that-my redesigns for most of the movie villains,but those of mine are in no comparrison tyo your talent-you want go check them,but again-keep up,this is trully amazing and reallyenjoyable to looka at all those amazing details
