Description
This is Toralei, the girl that everyone loves to hate (or just plain old HATES). She was originally a Clawdeen head with a "Gloom Beach" Draculaura body. I gave her a full-body repaint using acrylics and re-rooted her using saran hair from dollyhair.com.Related content

Your customs are amazing, I would imagion with all the hard work you had to do they are handled gently. how well does the Acrylics hold up when posing her? Also was she hand painted and did you need to sand her body down for the paint to stick?

Thank you. The acrylic chips at the joints (as you can see at her wrist and elbow) otherwise as long as it's sealed it holds up very well. I did hand paint her (though an airbrush would work much better) I didn't sand the body

It did, if I had an airbrush it would have been much easier. (My next investment)

It's totally worth it. I have a cheap airbrush (just got it and none of my old doll customs were lucky enough to get the treatment). I am sure an $80 will be awesome. Then I can do detailing. The paint is much harder to chip with an airbrush. Even on the joints!
