No the title isn’t a reference to the toyline. Some more fanart based on my favorite of ’s fics, Sunset Slayer. The concept being that after the events of EQG: Friendship Games, Equestrian Magic is seeping into the human world and causing strange phenomena to manifest. So Sunset and the Rainbooms with the aide of the Canterlot High Principals, The Royalty of Equestria, and a mysterious benefactor, start to go hunting such incidents and try to stop it before they can do too much harm. It’s actually kind of an interesting idea and I wanted to share my interest in it. I’m going to try and do some more pics for October relating to Sunset Slayer.

Thanks. In the story, it's explained that when they're looking for these supernatural entities, the Humane 6 kind of change up their outfits and forego their usual skirts. I wanted to give each of them an outfit that still felt like them while sticking to some of their fashions.

I'm not that works for Spike unless we were talking Season 1 spike plus their town has never been given an actual name. Only a couple of locations have been given names.

Well, around the end of the first chapter, it's said that during an earlier encounter the Humane 6 had with a supernatural batlike creature created from Equestrian magic, Fluttershy was bitten by the entity they dub 'Dracula'. Thanks to this Fluttershy has become something of a vampire. She doesn't all of the same weaknesses of vampires like sunlight, garlic, holy water and such but she does need to drink blood from time to time which her friends supply her with. Another effect of her being bitten is that her ponied up form has taken on some traits of a bat, similar in description to Flutterbat. The energy outline above Fluttershy's head was supposed to hint at this since the ear shape is closer to Flutterbat's ear design rather than Fluttershy's normal design.

Thanks. I enjoyed making each of them fairly varied. I admit I might have gotten a bit lazy when it came to Fluttershy's jacket but I enjoyed doing the fringe cowboy jacket for Aj, Dash's track jacket, and Pinkie's Letterman Jacket.
