Mortimer and Gladstone are about to talk about what this date was really about. and you can tell in the first panel that Mickey and Donald are terrified being Minnie and Daisy with those guys and Minnie and Daisy casually walk into the restaurant. Minnie notices the guys and they get busted. Mortimer and Gladstone last panel are a ghost of their former selves, Mickey is too embarressed to speak, Donald just aggravated that Daisy is laughing a storm about their getup again, and Minnie thinks it is just cute how adorable her boyfriend is, well Daisy finds Donald just as cute as well.
and basically yeah Mortimer and Gladstone was suppose to discuss house of mouse stuff but never got to do so
