Euphonium class support vessels are a common sight among Saturn Defense Forces, originally made to allow simple personnel and light cargo transfer among capital ships, during their service, they have evolved to serve a variety of missions.

Equipment on standard model includes cables & grappling hooks, chaff & flare launchers, basic sensor & navigation suite, and passive radiators placed along the hull.

Besides its original mission, it can also be used for towing, boarding, rescue, close-in scans and chaff dispersal to protect its mother ship. They are capable of landing and lifting of from some celestial bodies.

Built as a simple design, often times they are outclassed by other vessels of similar roles, however they are highly dependable, and have long lifespan. They are built in modular fashion, which allows further customization. A common practice is to further adapt them for required mission, so even combat models are not that uncommon.
