Built with same design requirements as the Novella class, and sharing many parts with it, it shares similar size, and is also usually carried in pairs within exchangeable hangar boxes.
However, unlike Novella, it turned out to be anything but simple, some even consider Fable class to be over designed and too complex for what it's made to do.
Still it's an useful vessel, used primarily to carry heavy cargo among capital ships and stations. It can also assist in docking maneuvers, external repairs and maintenance and other utility missions.
Its delta-v is pretty low when compared to other ships of similar type, however since it carries arguably oversized thrusters, it can easily maneuver even with heavy loads.
Most complex part in the entire design are its 2 frontal robotic arms, which are highly precise, and can carry mission specific tools at their ends.
