Is very similar to Gibbs'Β (from NCIS) bossing strategy. He's always slapping his team on the back of the head and yelling at them to get back to work, especially Tony, it's hilarious.Β Interestingly, his team loves him anyway and they know he loves them too, he just shows it in his own weird way.
