Wee! I'm done! Ding Xiaolong in an old Chinese painting style. Made the rice paper/parchment in Paint.NET, pretty good huh? This file is pretty huge, 2.2MB. The .pdn file is 12.2MB!!!

What martial arts do you take? I take Vovinam

Vovinam? I've never heard of that...what is it? I take kung fu (five animals), jujitsu, and kenjitsu... also i've dabbled in karate a little bit too...

It's Vietnamese martial arts. We do a lot of things, like throwing, rolling, falls, flips, punches, kicks, knees, chops, elbows, flying scissor kick take downs (our specialty).

that's pretty cool... i kinda speculated from the "nam" part of the name haha it sounds like it's a lot like the kind of jujitsu that I take 'cept we're geared more towards self-d than anything. my fave throws are sacrifice throws

I don't know the technical names of throws haha. Other than punches and kicks, the techniques are just numbered like elbow 1-8, knee 1-3 etc. We do holds and submissions too, and we have a bunch of self defense techniques that counter the punches, kicks, etc that we learned. There's also self defense moves that get us out of holds and grabs (like hair grab, collar grab, etc.)
My favorite in Vovinam was wrestling. I used to like sparring too, back when I was good at it. Then after a long break because they had to find a new place, I came back and lost my confidence. I'm pretty good in wrestling though haha, I loved it.

lol that does sound a lot like our stuff... we have elbows 1-12, bunches of diff grabs self-d, and some submissions... we dont have wrestling though... or sparring in our style

That's pretty cool. Try to make his armor more worn using cloud layers or grunge brushes. Other then that pretty cool.
